About me
Jessica Smiley, MSW, LCSW, CCTP is a SOC Specialist at University of Illinois. Prior to that role, she was a Project Director for Community Together, a $2.1 million initiative building a Systems of Care in Macon and DeWitt Counties in partnership with over 100 organizations. A Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s from the University of Illinois, Jessica has nearly 20 years of experience in children’s services, including wraparound, foster care, and early childhood programs. She promotes mental health awareness in schools and supports community partners through trainings on Safe Zones, LGBTQ+ and mental health, and anti-racism. Jessica is certified in Traumatic Stress Studies (JRI, 2018) and is a Youth, Adult, and Teen Mental Health First Aid Instructor.
