Moving beyond stigma and willpower-based explanations, the presentation examines addiction through a brain-based and resilience-focused lens. Grounded in neuroscience, positive psychology, and recovery science, the session emphasizes empathy, strengths, connection, meaning, and hope as powerful drivers of both psychological wellbeing and neurobiological healing. Participants will leave with practical strategies for fostering resilience and supporting recovery in individuals, families, schools, and communities.
